Hi, I recently failed my W.o.F check due to two small stone chips on the windscreen. Can you claim insurance glass cover on pre-existing chips with no W.o.F?

It all depending on the insurance you have and the insurer.
I would carefully look through your policy and see what you are covered for. You can always call your insurer to confirm weather you are covered for this type of damage some policies can cover any glass in the vehicle eg in a side window that is broken in a break-in situation.
