Hi, are steering wheel spinner/knobs currently legal in NZ? I have an injured arm so would be the only way I would be able to drive at the moment. Cheers

A steering wheel spinner is legal and does not require Low Volume Certification provided the spinner is located within the outer circumference of the steering wheel.
