I have signed up to this banger rally http://banger-rally.co.uk/ it looks great really looking forward to it. it goes to France Switzerland and Italy.
Has any one done one before?
Any advise on driving an old car abroad?

Hi Ade, this sounds like a lot of fun!
Basically, the countries you mention do not require you to have a carnet as some other countries do. However, the main thing you need to consider is insurance, as this is compulsary in Europe. Your own insurer may be able to assist with this.
Otherwise, just enjoy th trip!
