i've been trying to find seat covers for my ford festiva 1998. Tried super cheap auto but they were too small

Do you know where i can found out what size seat covers fit my sits for my car

Usually, retail outlets will have a range of covers in different sizes. You could try Repco to see if they have a bigger range than Supercheap. Other than that, you may need to find an auto trimmer who can make some for you, but that is likely to be a more expensive option.
