I bought a Smart Charger from you guys and it's worked well up until now.

Previously when I used it the power light would come, and then the charging light. This time there is no "charging light". I fiddled with the connectors but no joy.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi, you could try connect the charger on another vehicle battery and see if it works to eliminate a battery fault that’s causing the problem. If it still doesn’t work then it’s likely a fault with the charger.

The charger we sell will have a warranty period (normally 5 years). Check your receipt to confirm whether it’s under warranty and if so then get in touch with the site whom you purchased from.
