Do I need a lvvc if I do the following in my campervan?
1. install a roof vent
2. drill holes through the floor of the van to secure the wooden flooring.

Lvv is required for any modification that is outside the wof scope, and affects the structure of the vehicle. So floor holes not so much but cutting into the roof could be.
