NZ AA appoints Chief Technology Officer and Chief Financial Officer
The AA has made two new appointments to its Executive Leadership Team, Stephanie Creasy as Chief Technology Officer, and an internal promotion of Renee Kinloch to Chief Financial Officer.
AA Chief Executive Nadine Tereora says Stephanie and Renee will each play pivotal roles in delivering on the Association’s strategic priorities and ensuring the AA’s 121-year legacy continues to evolve.
Renee has been with the AA for 15 years, initially as Group Accountant, Group Financial Controller and most recently as Head of Finance. She also has prior experience at New Zealand and UK-based firms as an auditor, accountant and accounting manager.
Nadine says, “I’m delighted we could make this internal appointment for such an important role, which demonstrates the depth of talent we have within the AA and our ability to grow great careers.
“Renee is a strong believer in our purpose and providing the best service and outcomes to our Members, and I look forward to welcoming her to the Executive team where I have great confidence she will continue to make her mark.”
Stephanie joins the AA with a wealth of technology and digital experience from previous roles at ANZ, Deloitte, and Digital Arts Network. Most recently she championed innovation and growth to support New Zealand’s energy transition as General Manager Future Energy at Genesis.
Nadine says, “Steph’s passion for harnessing technology to foster innovation and sustainable growth was evident from our first discussion, and her proven leadership capability and team ethos was echoed through the feedback we sought from her peers, direct reports, and her direct leaders.
“I’m excited to see the contribution she will make at the AA.”
Stephanie starts her new role on December 9, and Renee on December 23.
