AA recognised for service excellence and customer experience
The AA has been recognised for its dedication to service, receiving top rankings in two distinct market research programmes.
AA Roadservice has won the Reader’s Digest Quality Service award for roadside assistance for an eighth time, while AA Motoring placed in the top 10 of the Kantar Customer Leadership Index for a second consecutive year.
AA Chief Mobility Officer Jonathan Sergel said this dual appreciation highlights the AA’s unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service.
“We are immensely proud to receive these recognitions, which reflect our ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer experience and delivering superior service to our Members. It’s testament to the hard work of our entire team, whose relentless pursuit of excellence drives our success."
The exceptional contributions of the AA Roadservice team and the AA Auto Centre network have also been recognised by the AA with the recipients of the Service Officer of the Year and AA Auto Centre of the Year awards also revealed this month.
In the Service Officer of the Year awards, which recognises the outstanding work and diligence of frontline teams on the roadside, the top Service Officers in each region were named and the overall Service Officer of the Year accolade awarded. Hamilton’s Wayne Collins received this top honour achieving the highest average customer service score of all Service Officers.
“Wayne consistently goes above and beyond for our Members, he is known for his expertise, knowledge and warm manner and this award is testament to that. He is an invaluable member of the team who shows exceptional care for our Members and his efforts truly make a difference” says Jonathan.
The AA Auto Centre Dunedin was named the overall AA Auto Centre of the Year, which is judged on overall customer satisfaction and NPS scores. AA Auto Centre Nelson placed second and AA Auto Centre Three Parks third overall.
“The team in Dunedin have done an exceptional job. They have been at the forefront of the competition throughout the year, and are deserved winners,” says Jonathan.
