AA Life $50 Countdown Gift Card – Full Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion and entry into the Offer below is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Offer:

AA Life Services Limited (AA Life) is offering one $50 Countdown Gift Card (Gift) for each New Qualifying Policy taken out in an AA Centre during the Offer Period. The Gift will be provided to the Policy Owner after the first premium payment has been received by AA Life.

The Offer Period begins on 21 March 2016 and ends on 29 April 2016.

New Qualifying Policy:

All New Funeral Cover policies taken out within the Offer Period.

New Funeral Cover policies do not include renewals of existing Funeral Cover policies or any Funeral Cover which replaces a Funeral Cover policy that has been cancelled. Limit of one Gift per Qualifying Policy customer (including where multiple Qualifying Policies are purchased by the customer).

Eligibility Criteria:

We must have received the first premium payment in full for the New Qualifying Policy in order to qualify for the Offer.

Application for a New Qualifying Policy with AA Life is subject to standard underwriting criteria.

You will not be eligible for the Offer if:

You did not purchase the New Qualifying Policy in an AA Centre.
You are renewing a policy (including renewing a Qualifying Policy).
You take out a New Qualifying Policy out but then cancel it at any time prior to the Gift being dispatched to you.
You do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
You are not the Policy Owner.

Delivery of Gift:

AA Life will endeavour to deliver the Gift to the Policy Owner by standard post within one month of receiving full payment of the first premium payment for a New Qualifying Policy. AA Life will have no liability for any delay in meeting this timeframe.

Limitation of Liability:

AA Life, its related companies and agencies associated with this Offer, will not be liable for any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury (“Loss”) suffered by any person in any way associated with the Offer, except where such Loss cannot be excluded by law.

Terms of Use for the $50 Countdown Gift Card:

The Countdown Grocery Only Gift Card must not be used to purchase alcohol, tobacco products or Gift Cards. For the expiry date and balance visit countdown.co.nz/giftcard or call 0800 40 40 40.

This Card and any unspent values expires 12 months from the date of purchase. Our record of the expiry date is final.

This Card may only be used at participating stores. Stores may change from time to time.
Not reloadable or redeemable for cash.

Other:

The Offer and/or the Gift is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

AA Life reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer at its discretion and to extend, modify, postpone or cancel the Offer at any time.
AA Life may refuse to provide the Offer to a customer who, in AA Life’s view, has acted fraudulently or not complied with these Terms and Conditions.
AA Life’s decision in relation to the Offer is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with New Zealand law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
